Launch and Recovery Systems (LARS)

The Hytech-Pommec Launch and Recovery System supports the safe deployment and recovery of two divers during subsea operations. It transports divers to and from the subsea work site and is designed for light operation solutions.

The baseframe is slightly larger than the Compact version, providing more working area for the diver and LARS supervisor. Two man rider winches are mounted on top of the A-frame. A separate HPU skid contains two electrically driven hydraulic power units and can be positioned close to the system. Local controls are mounted on the rear of the baseframe, giving the operator a clear overview of the working area during launch and recovery operations.

The baseframe is slightly larger than the Lite version, providing additional working area for the diver and LARS supervisor. Both man rider winches are installed on a skid at the rear of the baseframe. Two electrically driven hydraulic power units are integrated beneath the winch skid, creating a compact and practical arrangement. Local controls are mounted on the rear of the baseframe, giving the operator a clear overview of the working area during diver launch and recovery operations.
